At the outset we wanted to publish ebooks that would change people’s lives to an unprecedented degree. The only way to achieve this goal was to create material that was absolutely fantastic. What this means is we had to offer what was devastatingly unique both in content and effect. Those who have read our books never forget them for varying reasons mostly relating to how we intended people would react, this being at a depth of emotion hardly, if ever touched upon. 

We want our audience to grow but not merely for the commercial reasons that are usually attributed to most things, more for our audience to be a collectivity of people who have felt a very special ingredient and want to keep it alive. Mentioning this very special ingredient is not a mere marketing ploy but something very real and does relate to the emotional depth mentioned at the beginning, but not exclusively. 

Life is beautiful regardless of what often transpires in thought and deed. Callassa wants to keep it that way and also to blossom in the minds of the affected audience, blossom into a garden of continual color and where only the most special of all things do transpire.

At the outset CALLASSA was aware that we were going to be competing with the establishment in certain ways, though we have to be very truthful here and say that we were not exactly 'out of the know' by any stretch of the imagination. This is because there were and still are those among us who are what the media often regard as 'outmoded arisistocracy' (sherry and cake, old school tie) and 'friends had in certain places'. The point being that our project went against the grain in seizing what a few of us saw as being new opportunities soaring beyond the sky. We just had to marry it all together. It is the case now that we are actually lagging behind, so really we haven't succeeded yet because there is no end point to success. We have to keep on this most splendid electronic bandwagon.
